Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 6 months as Member Care Representative 1 or Digital Services experience.
• Call Center or Banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries via multiple contact methods.
• Educate members on digital self-service tools and troubleshoot issues.
• Troubleshoot online banking, Bill Pay, Email and Chat applications.
• Proactively recommend services to improve members' financial wellbeing.
• Aim to provide one-call resolution and maintain performance metrics.
