Uloop Inc. is seeking recruiters to handle inbound calls from consumers facing debt with an empathetic, consultative approach. You’ll assess hardship, budget, and goals, then present debt relief options and enroll qualified clients.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of phone sales in MCA, business funding, or business lending.
• Confident, quick on your feet, and comfortable handling objections.
• Able to discuss money and hardship with empathy and stay professional.

Responsibilities

• Take live inbound calls from consumers dealing with unsecured debt (credit cards, personal loans, medical bills).
• Run a structured consultation covering hardship, debt load, budget, and goals.
• Explain debt relief options clearly and honestly, and qualify each caller for the program.
• Close qualified clients and guide them through enrollment.
• Keep your pipeline clean in our CRM and follow up on open opportunities.
