Job summary

Coastaldebt is looking for a Debt Outbound Sales Representative in Fort Lauderdale, FL. In this role, you will make 600-1,000 outbound calls daily, engaging with business owners about our debt settlement services.

The ideal candidate should have phone sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure sales environment. A base salary of $15.65 per hour, commission for each qualified referral, and bonuses are offered, along with a supportive work environment and benefits including health insurance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in phone sales or telemarketing.
• Ability to work on-site (this is not a remote position).
• Proficiency in using basic computer applications and software.

Responsibilities

• Make 600-1,000 outbound calls daily to potential clients.
• Clearly explain Coastal Debt Resolve's services to clients.
• Utilize CRM tools to track call outcomes and manage client data.
