Valor Intelligent Processing, LLC is seeking Customer Care Representatives to support inbound service projects for government programs and prominent brands. You will identify customer needs, research and resolve issues, and promote products to enhance the customer experience.

Ideal candidates are patient, empathetic communicators who enjoy helping others and solving problems in a dynamic, team-oriented setting. Training is provided to build confidence and skills for success.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Able to type at least 20 words per minute.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiar with Windows OS and computer systems.
• Reliable, punctual, and good work ethic.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up abilities.
• Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused: empathetic, patient, responsive.
• Able to multitask, stay organized, and self-manage.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Aim for first-call resolution and resolve customer concerns.
• Research internal systems to locate information.
• Document customer interactions and claims accurately.
• Use scripts and knowledge bases while following policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Stay updated with program updates through training.
• Meet attendance and scheduling requirements.
