The CSR handles inbound calls, schedules plumbing, heating, cooling and electrical service, and supports daily customer service operations while maintaining professional communication with customers and technicians.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume inbound call center or customer service environment.
• Ability to manage a steady flow of calls while delivering strong service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and provide exceptional service.
• Schedule service appointments for plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical work.
• Make outbound calls to schedule maintenance and generate appointments.
• Earn additional commissions through qualifying outbound calls and booked appointments.
• Assist with dispatching and coordinating technician schedules.
• Accurately enter customer information into company systems.
• Communicate professionally with customers, technicians, and teammates.
• Handle questions and concerns in a friendly, professional manner.
• Support daily operations and help meet performance goals.
