Collins Comfort Masters in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in our in-office call center handling inbound and outbound calls for HVAC, Plumbing, and Water Treatment maintenance and service appointments.

The role offers competitive pay of $17-19 per hour plus commissions, paid time off, holidays, health benefits, 401K with company match, training and career growth. Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus; a high school diploma or GED is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service call center experience; industry experience is a plus.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English; Spanish is a plus.
• Intermediate computer proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Must be able to sit for long periods and pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer service calls.
• Respond to email inquiries.
• Promote and sell new or additional services where applicable.
• Maintain accurate customer information and appointment details.
• Escalate unresolved grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
