Legendary Home Services in New Hope, MN is seeking a Customer Service Representative to answer inbound calls, identify customer needs, and book HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and drain services. This full-time, in-office role offers a base pay of $21–$24 per hour plus commission, with a 12:30 PM–9:00 PM weekday schedule.

You will represent the company professionally, build trust with homeowners, and drive bookings while meeting team targets for quality and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or call center experience.
• Confident, professional communication on the phone.
• Ability to ask questions to understand customer needs and book appointments.
• Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Dependable, positive, and motivated to perform.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls with confidence, empathy, and professionalism.
• Ask the right questions to understand each customer's needs.
• Build trust and guide customers toward booking an appointment.
• Schedule HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drain, and sewer services.
• Handle questions and objections while keeping conversations customer-focused.
• Accurately document customer information and appointment details.
