Job summary

MAT Holdings Inc. is expanding a new distribution center in Shannon, Mississippi, seeking motivated individuals to join our warehouse team. The role focuses on inventory integrity, product identification, and accuracy in cycle counts.

You will use RF scanners and WMS, operate cherry pickers, lift up to 50 lbs, and communicate effectively in English. MAT offers comprehensive benefits and training for career growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English
• Recent warehouse experience within the last 2 years
• Recent experience with Cycle counting/inventory
• Must be certified to operate a Cherry Picker/OP
• Recent experience with RF scanners
• Must be computer literate and have experience in any WMS

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control inventory integrity
• Maintain product identification and location program
• Research inventory discrepancies and reconcile them
• Complete physical inventories/cycle counts/audits
• Track and report non-conforming product
• Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner
• Document damaged product
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and operate Cherry Picker/OP
• Be computer literate and maintain accurate data
