Piedmont Door Solutions in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Customer Service Representative. This is a phone-focused role where you’ll be the first voice our customers hear, own the phone line, log requests in NetSuite, and route calls to the right person.

Formación

• 1–2+ years of call center, receptionist, or customer service experience.
• Strong phone presence and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls while staying friendly and organized.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to stay calm with frustrated callers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Answer all incoming customer and service calls promptly and professionally
• Route calls to managers and team members, including other branches as needed
• Enter and update customer calls, service requests, and contact info in NetSuite
• Look up customer accounts, job status, and service history to answer questions on the spot
• Take detailed messages and make sure every call gets a follow-up
• Return voicemails and callbacks in a timely manner
• Keep call records accurate and up to date
