Qualifications

• Competence in using personal computers and relevant software applications, including billing systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and effective organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

• Working knowledge of cable communications products and services, including TV, internet, and telephone.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales calls to acquire new customers and upsell products and services.
• Become a product expert and explain all products and services to customers, staying informed about competitors.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and promote campaigns and promotions.
• Aim to meet and exceed sales targets through telephone-based selling and efficient handling of calls.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
