Bayside Dredging is seeking a reliable Crew Member for in-water hand dredging on residential and commercial projects in Florida. Travel may be required. The role offers growth to a foreman with sufficient training and experience.

Primary duties include site preparation, plan review, water work, coordinating with operators, and maintaining safety and records. Wetsuits provided; water boots must be purchased.

Qualifications

• Must be motivated and able to work independently and with others.
• Working knowledge of construction site safety and road safety regulations.
• Must be able to travel.
• OSHA certifications are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare construction sites, materials, and tools.
• Review documents and plans; read tide gauge when needed.
• Work in water for hand dredging and job setup.
• Coordinate with operators and survey layouts.
• Maintain safe, clean work site and accurate time records.
• Assist in mobilizations/demobilizations as needed.
