Job summary

C&M Dredging is seeking an experienced operations manager to oversee dredging and dredge-related projects, ensuring safe, efficient execution with a focus on client satisfaction. The role requires heavy travel (approximately 75%) from a Central Florida-based office to sites nationwide.

Responsibilities include coordinating with customers and superintendents, maintaining daily reports and equipment logs, planning schedules and milestones, and managing on-site teams and inventory to meet contract

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Background check
Must be willing to travel
Valid Driver's License
Previous management experience—preferably in the dredging field.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain a dialogue between customer and Super Intendents
Create and manage daily reports and equipment logs
Plan, coordinate, and review schedules, surveys, and project milestones
Monitor inventory levels of products or materials on-site.
Work with employees on-site through coordination and delegation to both implement policies and procedures set forth by C&M Dredging and successfully perform the work under the contract.
