C&M Dredging seeks a hands-on on-site manager to oversee dredging and related projects, ensuring safe, efficient execution and client satisfaction at every step.

The role requires leading daily reports and equipment logs, coordinating with customers and superintendents, planning schedules, surveys and milestones, and monitoring on-site inventories. Expect 75–80% travel from a Central Florida base.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Background check required.
• Willingness to travel.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Previous management experience in dredging preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain dialogue between customer and Superintendents.
• Create and manage daily reports and equipment logs.
• Plan, coordinate, and review schedules, surveys, and project milestones.
• Monitor inventory levels of products or materials on-site.
• Lead on-site teams to implement policies and perform contractual work.
