C&M Dredging in Fort Myers, FL seeks a hands-on manager to oversee dredging projects on-site, coordinate with customers and superintendents, and ensure timely, quality execution. The role requires 75% travel from a Central Florida base and strong leadership in a dynamic field.

Responsibilities include daily reporting, equipment logs, and coordinating safety and operations across crews. Prior dredging or construction supervision experience is preferred; valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to manage dredging and dredge-related projects on-site.
• Experience coordinating schedules, surveys, and milestones.
• Strong interpersonal skills with customers and Super Intendents.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain dialogue between customer and Super Intendents.
• Create and manage daily reports and equipment logs.
• Plan, coordinate, and review schedules and milestones.
• Monitor on-site inventory and materials.
• Lead on-site teams to implement policies and perform work.
