C&M Dredging is seeking an experienced on-site Project Manager to oversee dredging and dredge-related projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to client expectations. This role involves extensive travel from the Central Florida-based office, with project durations and sizes varying.

Responsibilities include maintaining customer dialogue with Superintendents, producing daily reports and equipment logs, planning schedules, and coordinating resources while enforcing company

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Background check
• Must be willing to travel
• Valid Driver's License
• Previous management experience—preferably in the dredging field.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a dialogue between customer and Super Intendents.
• Create and manage daily reports and equipment logs.
• Plan, coordinate, and review schedules, surveys, and project milestones.
• Monitor inventory levels of products or materials on-site.
• Work with employees on-site through coordination and delegation to implement policies and procedures set forth by C&M Dredging and successfully perform the work under the contract.
