Job summary

C&M Dredging Inc. seeks motivated Construction Laborers and Shoremen for dredging and marine construction projects across Florida and the Southeast. This travel-based role provides 100% paid travel and lodging with daily per diem.

You will perform general labor, assist with dredge pipelines, cycle through sites, and help with cleanup, equipment, and safety. Expect long hours and frequent out-of-town assignments.

Qualifications

• Entry-level and experienced candidates welcome.
• Experience in construction, marine work, landscaping, or heavy labor preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to complete tasks with and without direct supervision.
• Must be open to working out of town for up to 45 days at a time, including some weekends and holidays.
• Equipment operating experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

C&M Dredging Inc. – Travel Position (Southeast U.S.)

C&M Dredging is seeking motivated Construction Laborers and Shoremen to support dredging and marine construction projects across Florida and the Southeast.

This is a travel-based position working on dredging crews performing shoreline restoration, canal dredging, and marine construction.

We provide 100% paid travel and lodging plus daily per diem.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs
• Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods
• Must be comfortable working on or around water, including barges, boats, and dredging equipment
• Ability to stand, bend, climb, and walk for long periods
• Comfortable working in muddy, wet, and uneven terrain
• Ability to work extended hours during active projects, typically up to 80–85 hours per week, including weekends

Benefits
