C&M Dredging is seeking an on-site project leader to manage dredging operations, supervise crews, and coordinate with customers and superintendents. This role requires hands-on leadership and travel from the Central Florida area to job sites, ensuring work meets contract standards.

The successful candidate will have 1 year of construction management experience, be willing to travel up to 75%, and possess a valid driver's license. The position offers full-time employment with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Background check

• Valid Driver's License
• Previous management experience—preferably in the dredging field.
• Construction Experience: 1 year (Required)

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a dialogue between customer and Super Intendents.
• Create and manage daily reports and equipment logs.
• Plan, coordinate, and review schedules, surveys, and project milestones.
• Monitor inventory levels of products or materials on-site.
• Work with employees on-site through coordination and delegation to implement policies and procedures set forth by C&M Dredging and successfully perform the work under the contract.
