The role requires 1 year in retail or related fields and experience with visual/fashion merchandising, graphic/interior design, or space planning. Strong collaboration and adaptability are essential, with a focus on inclusive teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through consistent implementation of brand standards in key product stories and store navigation.
• Execute powerful product presentation in accordance with company standards to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM flips, including window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal merch changes.
• Engage with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and integrate omnichannel programs.
• Provide feedback and on-the-job training to team members on brand standards and display techniques.
• Contribute to an inclusive team environment through supportive relationships.
