Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly in-store, while delivering legendary customer service. You will interact with customers and team members and support other tasks as needed, following the GURA framework for service.

Ideal candidates will have prior retail/merchandising experience, be 18+, and able to read, write, and count accurately. Shifts vary and may exceed 4 hours per day.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including price changes.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA approach.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues.
• Promote a safe, productive work environment and follow safety guidelines.
• Work shifts as dictated by business needs.
