Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, owning and executing start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, and price changes, while supporting merchandise and fixture assembly.

You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service and following GURA (Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the Sale). Shifts vary by store and may be 4+ hours, with potential for longer hours based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment for team members and customers.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the sale.
