Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store with end-to-end tasks from planograms to signage changes, merchandising fixtures, and PDQ assembly. You will also interact with customers delivering legendary service and follow GURA guidelines to meet customer needs.

The role requires reliability, flexibility, and a service-oriented mindset, with shifts that can be 4 hours or longer, varying by store needs. Prior retail or merchandising experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, reading/writing/counting skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including circulars and promotions.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA framework (Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask for the Sale).
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
