Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to perform end-to-end tasks in-store, including planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise/fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service through GURA: greet, uncover needs, recommend, and ask for the sale.

Flexibility for varying shifts and a focus on accuracy in merchandising tasks are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting abilities are expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements and price changes.
• Install, update and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and recover as needed.
• Prioritize customer service using GURA (Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Ask for the sale).
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
