Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work primarily in a single store, owning end-to-end tasks such as planograms, signage, and price changes, while supporting merchandise and fixture assembly and maintaining signage throughout the store.

You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service and applying the GURA framework to meet needs. Flexibility, reliability, and basic computer skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute planograms, signage, and price changes in-store.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs and maintain signage.
• Provide legendary customer service and greet customers using GURA.
• Maintain attendance and work shifts as scheduled.
• Coordinate with District FAST Supervisor on tasks and issues.
