Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work primarily in one store and own end-to-end tasks from planograms to signage and price changes. You will also support merchandise and fixture assembly, while interacting with customers to deliver legendary service using the GURA framework.

The role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to varied shifts. Previous retail or merchandising experience is preferred, with a high school diploma or equivalent encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and on time.
• Perform project measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and promptly.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity through recovery and review.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
