Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work primarily in-store, executing planograms, signage, and price changes, while supporting merchandise and fixtures assembly. You will interact with customers and team members to deliver legendary service using GURA—Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Ask for the sale.

Requirements include retail/merchandising experience, reading/writing/counting abilities, and the ability to stand for long shifts; 18+ years old.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting accurately.

Responsibilities

• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including circulars, price cuts, and managers’ specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA framework (Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Ask for the sale).
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and follow safety guidelines.
