Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will prepare tax returns, provide expert advice, and leverage marketing support to grow your local client base.

You will engage in community outreach, build long-term relationships, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail environment. A tax license (EA/CPA/attorney) and PTIN are required, with a preference for bilingual English/Spanish

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certificates.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation ( federal/state ).
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and professional tax guidance.
• On-site availability at TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20 hours/week min.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.
• Proficient with tax software and CRM tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan future taxes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
