Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers with tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging with the local community.

The role is non-exempt, requires on-site presence, and minimum 20 hours per week, with weekend availability. A valid EA/CPA/attorney license (or eligible) and PTIN are required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Onsite work at TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, minimum 20 hours per week.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to obtain state licenses as needed.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally and grow the client base through outreach.
• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice.
• Assist customers with tax planning and software usage in everyday language.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build trust for long-term relationships.
• Engage with customers in-person and via TurboTax marketing efforts.
