Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, helping customers navigate complex tax situations with personalized service. You will engage with the local community, grow the client base, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while complying with Intuit policies.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
PTIN required to file taxes.
Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040s per season using professional software.
Familiarity with Circular 230.
Comfort working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sundays–Saturdays, ≥20 hrs/week.
Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.
Willing to wear TurboTax uniform.
Willing to work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging prospects.
Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers, including complex situations.
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, building trust and long-term relationships with clients.
