Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and support customers using TurboTax products, while building a local client base in collaboration with marketing resources. You will engage with customers in-person, deliver personalized tax solutions, and foster long-term relationships within the community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain relevant State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for at least 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally, engaging with prospects and converting them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling a range of tax situations.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and a focus on clients' financial goals.
• Participate in local marketing initiatives and build a growing client base with Intuit’s support.
