Qualifications

• Active tax practitioner credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney) with hands-on tax preparation experience.
• Ability to advise on personal and small business tax topics and to review complex returns.
• Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with clients in person at a retail location.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for customers at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location.
• Lead local marketing and outreach to grow TurboTax client base in the community.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences and build long-term client relationships.
