Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks experienced TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, advice, and software support in a front-facing, community-driven role.

You’ll work onsite, build a local client base, and collaborate with marketing and tax experts to deliver a smooth, personalized tax experience year-round.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license (EA/CPA or attorney) preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Onsite at TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advice.
• Assist with calculations, tax planning, and software support.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base and foster client relationships.
• Deliver excellent, personal customer experiences in a front-facing setting.
• Represent TurboTax in the community and support local marketing initiatives.
