Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will work on-site, providing tax preparation services, expert advice, and community engagement to help customers achieve positive financial outcomes.

The role emphasizes in-person service, local marketing participation, and building lasting client relationships while wearing a TurboTax uniform in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state tax returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and engage with prospects to convert into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions and plan future tax strategies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships through in-person interactions and digital tools.
