Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Retail Experts to assist customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, while growing the local client base through community engagement and marketing support. Responsibilities include hands-on tax services, discovery sessions, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain related state licenses or permits.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20 hours per week, Sundays through Saturdays.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan for future tax planning.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences and build long-term client relationships in the local community.
