Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing in-person tax return preparation and personalized guidance to customers within the local community.

You will actively grow TurboTax’s client base, engage with local marketing efforts, and collaborate with a team of tax experts to deliver excellent service. This is a non-exempt, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions and plan taxes.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and team expertise.
• Create an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
