Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site team at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers with tax preparation and tax planning in person, while growing your local client base and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

The role is a non-exempt, onsite position with potential for growth and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Experience filing 1040 federal/state returns (30+ per season).
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax in the local area.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Grow the TurboTax client base through local outreach and relationship building.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail setting.
