Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support while building trusted relationships within your community.

As a front-facing team member, you’ll manage tax scenarios from simple to complex, engage prospects, and contribute to local marketing efforts. On-site, part-time role with strong pay-for-performance rewards.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite.
• Onsite availability Sundays through Saturdays, 20+ hours per week.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Assist with local marketing and community outreach to grow client base.
