Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Retail Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support to help customers navigate their taxes while building relationships in the local community.

The role requires on-site presence and at least 3 years of tax experience, with an active EA/CPA/attorney license or PTIN.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Willingness to obtain/state licenses, certificates, or bonds as required.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax preparation services and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan for future taxes.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships in the local community.
