Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to provide in-person tax preparation and advice at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate tax needs and build lasting relationships in the local community.

The role emphasizes hands-on tax advice, client-centered service, and collaborative marketing efforts to grow the TurboTax client base while leveraging company resources and support.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must operate onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation (30+ 1040s per season).
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform; front-facing retail role.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally and engage with the community.
• Nurture leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Lead local marketing initiatives with TurboTax support.
