Job summary

Best Buy in Tacoma, WA is seeking a part-time Seasonal Geek Squad Agent to be the first point of contact for technology support and customer guidance. You will assess needs, perform basic services, and partner with other agents for more complex repairs.

Responsibilities include assisting customers at check-in/out, explaining tech issues, and helping set up devices. Training is provided to expand knowledge and stay current with products and services.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during check-in and checkout.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions and providing accurate time estimates for next steps.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair vs replacement.
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers.
• Maintain knowledge and skills through certified training courses.
• Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents.
