Job summary

Best Buy is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Illinois. You’ll be the face of the store, helping customers choose the right tech and services, performing product demonstrations, answering questions, and guiding purchases across departments.

You’ll complete cashier duties, maintain the sales floor, and support in-store pickup and curbside orders. A flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
