Job summary

Best Buy in Crystal Lake, IL is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of Best Buy for customers entering the store. You’ll learn the skills to confidently recommend tech products and services that meet each customer’s unique needs, while delivering friendly, helpful service across departments.

The role involves welcoming customers, performing demos, handling purchases and returns, and maintaining a well-stocked, clean sales floor.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers' needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
