Job summary

Best Buy in Saint Charles, MO is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers select the right tech products and services. You’ll receive training to confidently recommend solutions that meet each person’s needs and build lasting customer relationships.

You’ll demonstrate products, answer questions, and guide purchases across departments while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
