Job summary

Best Buy in Antioch, CA is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store. You’ll learn to confidently recommend tech products and services to meet every customer’s needs, guiding them from discovery to purchase.

You’ll build friendly relationships with shoppers, demonstrate products, process transactions, and help with in-store pickup and curbside orders. If you enjoy helping people and selling, this role offers training, flexible scheduling, and team support.

Qualifications

• 3 months of retail experience required.
• Able to work holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
