Job summary

Best Buy in Bolingbrook, IL is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers choose tech products and services. Training provided to confidently recommend solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.

You’ll greet shoppers, demonstrate products, perform cashier duties, keep shelves stocked, and support in-store and curbside pickup. A 3-month retail background and a flexible schedule including holidays are required.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Comfort using a cash register and assisting customers across departments.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations across departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
