Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and queue triage during heavy traffic.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction.
• Conduct account reviews to understand guest needs and present product recommendations.
• Provide product benefits and recommendations through excellent service.
• Create personal connections with guests to simplify tech.
• Assist the team with guest interactions and follow-through in a fast-paced store.
