Job summary

Comcast Xfinity is hiring for a retail sales associate to engage customers, explain product features, and drive service adoption in-store. You will deliver outstanding customer service, meet sales targets, and provide clear account guidance while promoting Comcast/Xfinity offerings.

You’ll work with a team in a fast-paced environment, maintain product knowledge, and ensure a friendly, professional store atmosphere. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular, punctual attendance required.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and move around the store continuously.

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction through diligent follow-up and service excellence.
• Helping customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answering questions on current or new services, updating account data, and processing service requests.
• Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Maintaining detailed product knowledge, including competitive information.
