Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, confidently recommending tech products and services to meet each customer’s needs. You will receive training to build product knowledge and sales skills, helping customers select the right solutions.

In this role you will welcome customers, provide product demos, handle cashier duties, and support in-store pickup. A 3-month retail or fast-paced experience and flexible hours including nights and weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
