Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers find the right tech products and services while delivering friendly, confident service.

You'll demonstrate products, assist with cashier duties, and keep the store clean and well stocked, with opportunities to participate in in-store and curbside pickup, and ongoing learning to grow your skills.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
