Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide complete tax preparation, advice, and software support to in-person customers, helping them maximize refunds and minimize liabilities. You will also grow the local client base, establish long-term relationships, and collaborate with TurboTax marketing and product teams to share tax tips and build community presence.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
Familiarity with Circular 230.
Must work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday–Saturday, at least 20 hours/week.
Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating tax tips and educational content.
Must reside within the United States.

Responsibilities

Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging with locals and representing TurboTax in the community.
Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers, handling simple to complex scenarios.
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and a client-focused approach.
