Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to advise customers in person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You’ll provide hands-on tax return preparation, share tax insights, and help clients navigate complex scenarios while growing your local client base.

You’ll work onsite, typically 20 hours per week, with a focus on delivering exceptional service, building trust, and representing TurboTax in community events and local marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Experience with tax preparation and tax law knowledge.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax Retail location.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan future taxes.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and community presence.
